Reducing Functional MR Imaging Acquisition Times by Optimizing Workflow
Abstract
By assembling a multidisciplinary team, identifying five key drivers, and implementing four specific interventions, the authors reduced their mean functional MR imaging time from 76.3 to 53.2 minutes, and they believe that their results can be applied broadly to improve efficiency of other complex diagnostic MR imaging practices.
